arrayCyGHt is a web tool that analyzes single arrayCGH data.

With arrayCyGHt, you can plot general array graphics, chromosome chart and select spots which show significant differential intensities. You can analyze your data from the link "Data Analysis" on the left frame. If this is your first visit, I recommend you look over manual of this tool.

ArrayCyGHt uses R for data calculation. PERL, PHP and Apache are used for web services and file handling.

In this application, limma and sma packages of R are used for data calculation and image production.
